Description
In Studio Barre Pilates Class – 5 Weeks – Starting Monday February 23rd 2026 at 8 PM
This will be a Barre, Mat and Relaxation class (30 minutes cardio Barre with 10 minutes mat Pilates, followed by 10 minutes relaxation).
Class numbers will be strictly limited and must be booked in advance.
Please bring a mat.
